  • Matthew McKee, Manager in the Forensic & Investigation Services will chair a panel discussion between Mr Justice Horner, Head of the Commercial Court in Northern Ireland, Mr Justice Pearce, Specialist Civil Circuit Judge in the Manchester Civil Justice Centre, and Mel McGovern, Associate Director in the Grant Thornton Forensic & Investigation Services team, who will share their experiences in the field of digital Courts and Public Inquiries – and the challenges they pose for the legal profession.
  • Matthew McKee and Mel McGovern will provide delegates with a unique demonstration of how advanced legal technology can provide invaluable assistance to legal practitioners, not only during the Discovery stage of disputes, but also as the Trial of the dispute comes into focus.
