Gemma joined Grant Thornton in 2019. She has over 18 years’ experience working with private individuals, including many High Net Worth individuals, and their businesses. Gemma specialises in tax-efficient business and transaction structuring; providing bespoke solutions that maximise value for the key stakeholders and meet their specific objectives.

Sector Experience

Gemma has significant experience in:

assisting Private Business owners with tax-efficient structuring of their business interests

Towards the end of 2023, the UK Government set out its mandate requiring all new cars and vans sold in the UK to be ‘zero emission’ by 2035 with stringent electric vehicle (EV) quotas on car manufacturers in the run-up to 2025.
